Terms of Use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
By using Kotze (the app and kotze.app) you agree to these terms.
The service
Kotze helps you keep track of your car: maintenance, reminders, number coding, RFID balance estimates and documents. It is a personal organizer, not an official government or toll-operator service.
Information is for guidance only
- Number coding, LTO renewal schedules, emission and CTPL requirements and toll rates change. Kotze's information may be out of date or incomplete. Always follow official MMDA, LTO, LGU and toll-operator announcements.
- RFID balances are estimates based on what you enter. Check your actual balance in the official Easytrip or Autosweep app.
- AI receipt and screenshot reading can make mistakes. Review every value before saving.
- Digital copies are not a substitute for original documents. Always carry your original OR/CR and driver's license when driving.
Safe use
Never use your phone while driving. Features that use the camera at toll plazas are for passengers only.
Your account and content
You're responsible for your account and the content you upload. Only upload documents and photos you have the right to. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time in the app.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Kotze: no attempts to access other users' data, overload the service, reverse-engineer it or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kotze running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kotze is provided "as is" and we are not liable for fines, penalties, missed renewals, toll violations or other losses arising from reliance on the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
